Sharp & Carter partners with a national healthcare organisation to expand its community Physiotherapy services across the Gold Coast. The Community Physiotherapist will deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes, combining clinical autonomy with genuine support.
You’ll assess, plan and implement rehabilitation programs, focus on falls prevention, mobility and independence, and work closely with nurses and Allied Health colleagues to maximise outcomes in the home setting.
