Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models and engineering documentation for transport and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain digital engineering models using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation and 12D.
- Support engineers and project managers by translating engineering sketches, calculations and specifications into accurate design documentation.
- Produce drawings and models for roads, rail, bridges, retaining walls, utilities, drainage and other civil infrastructure assets.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure designs are coordinated, constructible and compliant with project requirements.
- Apply BIM and digital engineering principles to improve project delivery, efficiency and design outcomes.
- Perform quality checks and self-verification of drawings and models to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and client specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Engineering Design and Drafting, Civil Construction Design or a related discipline.
- Experience in civil, structural, transport or infrastructure drafting and design.
- Proven experience producing engineering drawings and documentation using CAD and BIM software.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, 12D,



Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar digital engineering platforms.
- Experience working on transport, road, rail, civil or infrastructure projects within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards, transport authority specifications, BIM principles and document control processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
