Endeavour Group seeks an Assistant Manager for the Forest Hotel to lead daily pub operations, supervise the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on role supports the Publican, ensures safety, and maintains a lively, welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

You will need RSA and RCG, a solid front-of-house presence, and the ability to handle high-energy service while upholding brand standards within ALH Hotels and Endeavour Group.
