Lighthouse ELC Daleys Point is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) to join our team, with full-time, part-time and casual positions available .

Lighthouse ELC Daleys Point is a privately owned and operated long day care service located in beautiful Daleys Point on the Central Coast. We cater for up to 58 children each day across four age-based rooms and operate Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

We pride ourselves on creating a warm, nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe, secure and valued. Key Responsibilities

- Planning and implementing high-quality, play-based educational programs.
- Creating engaging, stimulating and inclusive learning environments.
- Supporting children's individual development, interests and learning.
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.
- Building positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and educators.




- Working collaboratively with educators and the service leadership team.
- Demonstrating sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Contributing to reflective practice and the continuous improvement of the service.

About You

- Hold an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Hold a current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or be willing to obtain them.
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
