We're looking for experienced Cable Jointers to join our Distribution team based in Brooklyn and/or Burnley . This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in electrical construction and maintenance projects, working in the field to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and on time.

You'll play a key role in supporting project delivery, maintaining strong safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out electrical construction and maintenance works in line with project requirements
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in valuable working condition
- Provide updates on project progress, quality, and work practices
- Actively contribute to health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) standards




- Participate in training and apply company quality procedures in day-to-day work
- Support continuous improvement in construction methods and practices

Skills/Experience

- Certificate III in ESI Cable Jointing
- Strong hands-on experience in cable jointing to industry standards
- Solid understanding of regulatory and industry requirements
- A proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and problem-solving

Pre-Employment Requirements

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
- Current Drivers Licence
- Position covered by our Employment Agreement
