O’Brien® Glass is looking for an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join our Metro team at our Wetherill Park branch. If you thrive in a fast‑paced operational setting and enjoy coordinating people, schedules and resources, this role puts you at the centre of our glazing operations.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily and future schedules for glaziers and contractors
Coordinate site access, equipment and labour to keep jobs moving
Act as the escalation point for complex scheduling challenges
Optimise capacity utilisation and minimise time to serve
Support workload forecasting and resource planning
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers and internal teams
About You
You’re organised, proactive and calm under pressure. You bring:
Experience in workforce management, scheduling or planning
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Problem‑solving skills and confidence making decisions
Experience mentoring or supporting team members (highly regarded)
SimPRO or trade‑scheduling experience (desirable)
