Infinite Aged Care Edge Hill is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our dedicated team. This full time role reports to the General Manager with support from the Clinical Care Manager to supervise and guide our care team.

You will ensure residents receive high-quality clinical care, oversee care plans, mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs, and coordinate with GPs and hospitals to support holistic resident outcomes at Edge Hill.
