What does this role involve?

This role is accountable for managing the strata finance activities that support the delivery of compliant, productive and client focused service for Strata Management.

Success in this area will be achieved by efficiently executing finance activities such as:

- Financial year end processes
- Banking
- Management Fees
- Levy generation and billing matters
- Creditor and creditor payments
- BAS/GST/ATO issues and tax returns
- Investment accounts management
- Onboarding and offboarding new and lost businesses
- Effectively coordinating with the external processing team to ensure financial tasks and queries are actioned accurately, efficiently and within agreed service standards and SLAs.




- Maintaining high standards of financial governance and ensuring processes are compliant with legislative, regulatory and company requirements.
- Building strong and team-oriented relationships across the business through clear, timely and effective communication.
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are effectively documented.

What do you need to demonstrate to us?

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate the passion and confidence to take ownership of tasks, who is driven to complete outcomes on schedule.

You will also be open to learn and accept new challenges, with the ambition to grow in your knowledge and expertise.

You should have:

- Previous experience in Strata Finance is essential
- Experience with Strata Master will be highly regarded
- Proficient in all basic Microsoft tools
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders
