Gold Coast Health is seeking experienced Clinical Facilitators (Practice Development Nurse) to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on the Gold Coast. The role centers on advancing neonatal care and delivering evidence-based practice development initiatives to improve outcomes.

You will demonstrate advanced neonatal nursing knowledge, lead practice development projects, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient safety and quality of care across the unit.
