General Pants is seeking a Creative Visual Merchandising Cluster Manager to lead the WA cluster, driving visual excellence and a unified brand experience across stores while delivering robust commercial results.

You will manage floor plans, campaigns and VM directives, analyse sales performance, optimise product placement and coach teams to consistently elevate the customer journey across our WA stores.
