Lead from the front. Inspire your team. Deliver exceptional hospitality.

We’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead from the floor, inspire a high-performing team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a hatted dining environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that excellence is built through consistency, clear expectations and a genuine commitment to people. Someone who leads by example, takes pride in the details and creates a culture where the team feels supported, empowered and accountable for the standards they deliver.

We’re looking for a leader who can balance high expectations with warmth, confidence with humility, and accountability with genuine care for their people.

The role

As Restaurant Manager,

you’ll be a visible and hands-on leader, setting the tone for service and ensuring the restaurant operates to the highest standard every day. You’ll bring energy, professionalism and a strong sense of ownership to the floor, supporting your team through service while ensuring every guest receives thoughtful, personalised and memorable hospitality.

You’ll take an active role in developing your people, building their confidence and capability through consistent training, coaching and feedback. You understand that great leadership is about more than directing a team; it’s about inspiring people to take ownership, giving them the tools to succeed and creating an environment where they can continually grow.

You’re also comfortable having the hard conversations. You address issues early, communicate expectations clearly and hold your team accountable without losing sight of fairness, respect and empathy. You know how to be supportive without compromising standards, and you have the conviction to ensure those standards never drop, even when service gets challenging.

Above all, you’re passionate about hospitality. You lead with warmth, are naturally engaging and understand the importance of making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. You anticipate needs, take ownership when things don’t go to plan and go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

Working collaboratively with the other managers across the venue,

you’ll contribute to a cohesive leadership team, sharing knowledge, supporting your peers and working together to deliver a consistent experience across the operation.

About you

You’re an experienced hospitality leader with a strong understanding of premium dining and the expectations of a hatted restaurant. You’re confident running service, thrive in a fast-paced workplace and have the emotional intelligence to bring out the best in different people.

You set the bar high, hold yourself to the same standards you expect of others and understand that culture is shaped by what leaders consistently demonstrate, encourage and accept. You’re approachable but decisive, warm but direct, and passionate about creating a team that takes pride in its work.

You believe exceptional hospitality starts with a well-led, well-trained and engaged team, and you have the drive to make that happen.

If you’re a hands-on leader who inspires through example, develops people, maintains high standards and is committed to delivering genuinely exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
