Alcon in Melbourne is seeking a Production Engineer to apply advanced manufacturing and quality engineering techniques to control, analyse and improve production processes on the line. You will collaborate with Final Test, NPI, Systems Engineering and R&D; to deliver robust, data‑driven improvements in yield, quality and throughput across production stages.

The ideal candidate has an Engineering degree and at least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, plus solid troubleshooting, problem‑solving
