This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging compliance skilled looking to expand their experience within a leading financial services organisation while contributing to a strong compliance culture and supporting practical business outcomes.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support the ongoing operation and ensure that regulatory obligations are met. You will be responsible for maintaining AFSL compliance framework by;

- Monitoring of all distributor arrangements,
- Coordinate complaints, breaches and reportable situations,
- Maintain compliance policies and registers,




- Support training and CPD programs,
- Assist with regulatory change implementation, and contribute to audit and assurance activities.

This role ideally suits someone with 2-3 years in a similar role who is keen to advance and take on primary responsibility for license compliance. It is essential that you have sound understanding of AFSL obligations, experience managing complaints and experience maintaining compliance framework.
