Settlement Services International (SSI Group) is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) for children and young people in OOHC. You will work closely with carers, families and MCFP colleagues in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive manner.

You will assess needs, design proactive strategies, provide training, and document progress while collaborating with caseworkers, schools and other partners to support
