Aruma is seeking a Clinical Nurse to strengthen its Clinical Practice and Governance Unit in Australia. You will conduct clinical assessments for participants with complex health needs and guide staff on optimal health support practices.

You will advocate for participants’ access to healthcare and contribute to systemic initiatives to improve health outcomes for people with disabilities, while mentoring junior nurses and coordinating with the Clinical Manager.
