We are seeking a service-centric and luxury-minded qualified to join our team as Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, focussing on our luxurious Lobby Bar and iconic Palm Court.
Key Responsibilities
As Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and organisation of the Food & Beverage Outlet. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring guest experience and loyalty, overseeing F& B quality,
engaging and supporting colleagues, and driving profitability and productivity.
You will manage the overall functions of the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of service, and implement strategies for revenue generation and cost minimisation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
- Tertiary qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RSA, First Aid) are a plus.
- Australian work rights.
