Industry Experience That Will Help You Thrive

While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experience in print, signage, wide‑format, display graphics or related fields will give you a strong advantage in this role. If you understand substrates, vinyls, films, inks, media or wide‑format applications, you’ll build trust quickly and add real value from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

- Drive profitable sales growth and achieve agreed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Sign, Display & Digital market
- Build robust, long‑term relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions
- Prepare proposals, manage pricing and support negotiations
- Maintain accurate activity and customer insights in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and EDMs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
- Represent Ball & Doggett professionally across the industry

You’ll be working with our extensive range of industry‑leading products including:

- Self‑adhesive films
- Wide format media
- Inks and consumables
- Rigid boards
- Synthetic films
- Banner materials

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine passion for sales.

You will ideally have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales
- Experience within signage, print or wide‑format industries (highly desirable)
- A strong understanding of the sales cycle and opportunity development
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with internal teams
- High computer literacy and experience with CRM systems
- Resilience, drive and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Knowledge of the print industry and market is advantageous
