V/Line is seeking an Authorised Officer - Crew Leader to provide on‑shift supervision and mentoring to Authorised Officers, ensuring a protected, courteous journey for customers and supporting the Team Leader in the Authorised Officer Management System. Located in Bendigo with ad hoc coverage across locations and rostering across AM/PM shifts.

The role requires Victoria accreditation, a Certificate III in Customer Service and Compliance, and experience handling difficult situations.
