Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager for our Underwood store. You will lead a 20+ robust team, drive daily operations, prioritize customer service, and ensure the department showcases our widest range and best prices.

You’ll train and develop staff, monitor service levels, coordinate with Merchandising and Health & Safety, and manage rosters, stock accuracy, and loss prevention to deliver the Best Experience.
