Are you looking for a Business Analyst with experience in SAP HCM configuration ready to make an immediate impact on large-scale SAP systems?
What You Will Do:
- Perform hands-on SAP HCM system configuration, unit testing, and documentation to align with legislative and organisational standards.
- Lead cross-functional working groups to analyse, configure, and settle complex Enterprise Bargaining (EB) agreements.
- Act as an escalated line of support for level 2-3 system incidents, delivering root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
- Assist with transport controls, batch processing, and release management across weekly, monthly, and quarterly delivery cycles.
- Conduct business requirements analysis and translate operational needs into scalable SAP technical solutions.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven hands-on SAP HCM configuration experience within large-scale enterprise HR/Payroll environments.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, configure, and support complex systems under multi-tiered Enterprise Agreements or industrial awards.
- Strong track record of facilitating working groups and workshops across cross-functional technical, payroll, and business teams.
- Solid understanding of release and transport management processes across regular release cadences.
- High-level negotiation, consultation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business issues into technical solutions.
