Due to continued growth within our Major Projects division, we are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team based in Luscombe, QLD .
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in pricing major workforce accommodation projects while helping shape the future of our estimating function.

What You'll Do
- Review scopes of work, specifications and construction drawings
- Prepare detailed site works estimates and cost submissions
- Issue RFQs and obtain pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Evaluate quotations and identify scope gaps and commercial risks
- Manage technical clarifications throughout the tender process
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist in developing estimating tools, templates and cost databases
- Support the implementation of estimating software and systems
- Collaborate with Business Development, Design & Engineering and Project Delivery teams
What You'll Bring
- Experience in estimating within commercial, civil, mining, infrastructure or industrial construction
- Robust ability to interpret drawings, specifications and scopes of work
- Experience obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations
- Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing priorities
Highly Regarded
- Workforce accommodation, camp or remote village project experience
- Mining or renewable energy project exposure
- Experience improving estimating systems and processes
