The Norman Hotel in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations, leading a large team across our à la carte and events offerings. You will balance a busy service with planning, cost control, team development and consistent execution, at the heart of our open grill and premium beef concept.
