Navigator Group is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of telehealth counsellors supporting injured workers on their journey back to health and work. You will lead, coach and develop the team, monitor performance and service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the Navigator Support Program.
In addition to leadership duties, you will provide evidence-based counselling to injured workers, helping them overcome barriers to recovery and return to work.
