Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is seeking a skilled Dementia Consultant to support people living with dementia and those who care for them. Based in Parramatta, you will apply biopsychosocial approaches to assess needs and implement practical strategies to improve quality of life.
You will work across hospital to aged care settings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to research and program development under HammondCare's leadership and Australian Government funding.
