Mango Hill Tavern, part of Queensland Venue Co. PTY LTD, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive day-to-day operations of a busy, well-established venue in Brisbane's northern suburbs.
You will own the kitchen, train and coach your team, manage costs and inventory, and ensure food quality and hygiene standards across a varied pub menu. This hands-on role requires solid leadership and a passion for great food.
