We are a busy, fast-paced panel beating and smash repair business looking for an experienced Automotive Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate must have previous experience within the smash repair/panel beating industry and be confident managing the estimating process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Manage the estimating process from start to finish

Prepare accurate repair estimates and quotes

Deal directly with insurance companies, assessors and insurance claims

Work independently as well as part of a team

Communicate professionally with customers and insurers

About you

Proven experience as an Automotive Estimator

Strong knowledge of smash repairs and repair processes

Experience dealing directly with insurance companies, assessors and insurance claims

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Professional, reliable and confident when dealing with customers and insurers
