KONE is seeking a Maintenance Troubleshooter in Newcastle, NSW, to support a high-performing Service team across Newcastle, Central Coast and Northern NSW. The role involves diagnosing complex lift and escalator faults, providing hands-on and remote technical support, and coaching technicians to improve safety and service quality.

You will travel regionally as required, ensuring adherence to KONE policies and delivering excellent customer outcomes with a focus on safety and reliability.
