The Contract Administrator will sit within the project commercial team, reporting to the Project Director, and will manage cost forecasting, subcontractor claims, and contract administration to support delivery of a complex hospital project.
The role involves preparing forecasts, cost reports and monthly performance insights, with experience in JDE/PayApps (Minerva a plus) and solid stakeholder engagement.
