Estia Health is seeking a Quality Business Partner to monitor the quality of care across multiple homes. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will identify non-conformance and support home-based leaders to improve safety and resident outcomes.
You will build capability in quality management and clinical governance, assist staff to follow policies and the Continuous Improvement Framework, and deliver targeted training in quality, risk and clinical areas.
