Minor Hotels' AVANI Broadbeach Residences is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead our property operations on a full time basis. The role ensures the smooth, safe and efficient functioning of all building systems, assets and maintenance across the property.
The successful candidate will oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate vendors and contractors, lead a team, and contribute to upgrades, sustainability initiatives and continuous operational improvement.
