Pine Services Group seeks a Customer Growth Specialist to own the post-sale client relationship, retain clients, and grow revenue within the existing base while coordinating with delivery, support, and ISV teams to meet commitments. This full time hybrid role in Australia reports to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding of partner-switch clients, defining commercial terms, pursuing upsell opportunities, and reporting expansion and pipeline monthly.
