Little Blue Wren Services Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Support Coordinator to deliver participant-centred NDIS coordination with a focus on complex cases. You will manage caseloads, guide participants through plan implementation and identify diverse support options across mainstream, community, informal and funded services.

You will mentor colleagues, uphold documentation standards and collaborate with health professionals, families and providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
