ClickHouse is expanding its global Support Engineering team and seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help customers worldwide. This remote role requires you to be in Australia and to support customers via chat, calls, and meetings while collaborating with Engineering, PM, and GTM teams.
You will triage tickets, contribute to documentation, and mentor peers, with a focus on ClickHouse open-source and Cloud solutions. Fluency in English and a proactive, learning mindset are essential.
