THE ROLE:
Data Business Analyst (AI Strategy & Roadmap)
Contract: Monthly Rolling
Start: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather business and technical requirements
- Assess data capabilities, processes, and maturity
- Identify AI and automation opportunities
- Document findings, risks, and recommendations
- Help define AI priorities and roadmap
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations
THE CANDIDATE:
Essential:
- Strong Business Analysis background
- Data-focused experience (governance, analytics, reporting, data management)
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Experience developing recommendations, strategy, or roadmap outputs
- Solid communication and executive reporting skills
Desirable:
- AI / GenAI / Machine Learning exposure
- Data strategy or transformation experience
- Consulting or advisory background
- Experience assessing data maturity or operating models
