Location: Burwood, NSW (Hybrid)

Contract: Until 20 November 2026 (possible extension)

Rate: $420 per day + Super

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Claims Advisor - Workers Compensation to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, including complex and sensitive matters. This is an excellent opportunity for claims professionals with strong legislative knowledge and proven case management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage workers compensation claims in accordance with NSW legislation, SIRA and iCare requirements.
- Ensure compliance with claims management frameworks and processes.
- Provide guidance and peer support to team members.
- Manage claims across self-insurance, self-administered and TMF frameworks.
- Handle complex and difficult claims, including work injury,



tail claims and legal matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve enquiries, disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and outcomes-focused claims management.

Primary Skill :-

- Demonstrated experience in Workers Compensation Claims Management within NSW.
- Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, SIRA and iCare guidelines.
- Experience managing complex and litigated claims.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working within self-insurance and/or TMF environments will be highly regarded.
