Mango Hill Tavern by Australian Venue Co. in Brisbane’s northern suburbs is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive day-to-day operations of a busy, well-established venue.

You will take ownership of the kitchen, lead the team through peak services, ensure top food quality and presentation, and manage costs with a hands-on approach. This role rewards leadership with a market-competitive salary and quarterly bonus opportunities.
