Department of Health Tasmania is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the North West Renal Unit. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee haemodialysis operations, and coordinate staffing to ensure safe, patient‑centred care.

You will mentor staff, promote evidence‑based practice and contribute to quality improvement and governance, while fostering a cooperative team culture within a public health setting in Tasmania.
