Senior Analyst, IS Business Support

IntePros is looking for a Senior Analyst, IS Business Support to support manufacturing operations by maintaining and troubleshooting SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) computer systems. This individual will work closely with local manufacturing support teams and cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot production and work order issues, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support system enhancements and bug fixes, and help identify and resolve data, configuration, and system issues that may prevent orders from flowing through the system.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP, manufacturing systems, UAT, and onsite manufacturing teams. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and troubleshoot SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso MES computer systems supporting manufacturing operations.
- Work with local support teams to review and troubleshoot production and work order issues.
- Review Production Bills of Material (BOMs), production work orders, system data, and configurations to identify issues affecting order flow.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, enhancements, and fixes.
- Perform testing and validation of data or code fixes in lower environments.
- Work cross-functionally with IT and manufacturing teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and process-related issues.
- Coordinate and track issues through resolution, escalating problems to the appropriate support teams when necessary.




- Utilize IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to document and elevate issues.
- Support system enhancements and bug fixes by performing appropriate testing and troubleshooting.
- Work with teams across different time zones to coordinate technical issue resolution.
- Apply sound judgment and professional expertise to analyze business and system problems and identify effective solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business requirements and how they relate to automated systems and manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

- Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT or manufacturing computer systems.
- Experience working with SAP and the ability to review Production BOMs, production work orders, and related system data.
- Experience troubleshooting system data, configuration, and computer system issues that impact manufacturing operations.
- Experience working directly with onsite manufacturing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to troubleshoot technical or process issues.




- Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment, regulated manufacturing workplace, or other regulated industry.
- Experience with SAP ECC.
- Experience with DELMIA Apriso 2020.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Education

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Technical engineering degrees such as Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Computer Science are relevant to this position.

First 30 Days

- Become familiar with key cross-functional teams and manufacturing support processes.
- Complete required computer access and Quality Management System (QMS) training.

First 60 Days

- Develop a working understanding of SAP and MES systems.
- Navigate the systems and perform first-pass reviews of production and work order issues with support from the local systems team.

First 90 Days

- Identify and elevate issues to the appropriate teams using the IT ticketing system.
- Take ownership of assigned work and drive issues toward resolution.
- Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to track and communicate progress.

Work Environment

This position will support a manufacturing environment and requires regular onsite collaboration with manufacturing and IT support teams. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite and two days remote.
