VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency seeks a dedicated practitioner to join the Restoring Families team in Frankston, providing culturally protected, healing-informed support to Aboriginal children, young people and families.

You will help strengthen family functioning, keep children connected to culture and kin, and work with communities and services to prevent out-of-home care where possible.
