Change Analyst | Transformation & Change Management

Are you a skilled Change Analyst who enjoys helping organisations navigate change and deliver successful transformation outcomes?

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Change Analyst to support a significant transformation initiative. Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, you will play an important role in assessing change impacts, supporting business readiness and ensuring effective change management activities are delivered throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness reviews to identify impacts, gaps and areas requiring support.
- Undertake stakeholder analysis and contribute to targeted engagement strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of change management plans, communications and readiness activities.
- Identify change-related risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Prepare clear, accurate reporting and status updates for program leadership and governance forums.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to document current and future state processes, requirements and impacts.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of organisational change and transformation activities.

About You

You are an organised,



collaborative and solutions-focused skilled with experience supporting change management initiatives in complex environments. You bring strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to translate information into practical change activities.

You will ideally demonstrate:

- Experience supporting organisational change, business transformation or project delivery initiatives.
- Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies, such as Prosci and ADKAR.
- Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing change artefacts, reports, stakeholder materials and program documentation.
- Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and contribute effectively within a team.
