We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Tools Analyst for a contract prospect supporting a federal government client based in Melbourne.

The role will focus on administering and improving Jira and Confluence, developing Power BI dashboards and reports, improving data quality, and implementing automation to support project, portfolio and delivery management.

Key Skills & Experience

- Jira & Confluence: Demonstrated experience administering, configuring and standardising Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, including workflows, fields, permissions, dashboards and automation.
- Power BI: Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, including data modelling, Power Query, DAX and data visualisation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to extract, transform, validate and reconcile data to improve reporting accuracy and delivery visibility.
- Python & Automation: Experience using Python or similar scripting languages,



APIs and automation to support data processing, integration and reporting.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, documentation and maintainable code.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions while working with project, portfolio and technical teams.

Experience in complex enterprise or Australian Government environments is highly regarded. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and AI-assisted development tools is also advantageous.

Security Clearance

Australian Citizenship is essential. Candidates holding an Australian Government security clearance, particularly Baseline, NV1 or NV2, are encouraged to apply.
