Australian Tourism Data Warehouse is seeking a hands-on CRM & Customer Lifecycle Manager to transform how we engage with our national network. This individual contributor role involves building journeys, workflows and reporting, with a focus on measurable customer outcomes.

Two days per week in the office, hybrid working setting, and close collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Transformation and Distribution.
