Compass is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Brisbane to lead a busy branch and a high-performing team. You will coach staff, manage fleet utilisation and deliver exceptional customer service across extended hours from 7:00am to 9:00pm, seven days a week.

The role emphasizes taking ownership of WHS, driving continuous improvement, and building solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain Compass’s standard of service.
