National Collection Services (NCS) is seeking a Senior Paralegal in Commercial Debt Recovery to act as the technical specialist for our commercial recovery team. You will draft and improve litigation documents, refine file strategy, and coach collectors, building repeatable playbooks for sound decisions.
You will report to the Operations Manager and work with external solicitors to prepare documents, evidence, and procedures, while handling complex cases and maintaining filing deadlines.
