Beam is seeking our Founding Customer Adoption and Support Specialist in Australia to blend high-touch, empathetic user support with proactive training. As the first local hire in this function, you will bridge our AI tools with frontline teams in not-for-profits, care providers and government departments.
You’ll lead onboarding, deliver engaging training, travel to sites, create self-serve guides, and shape how adoption grows across the country, writing the playbook as Beam scales.
