voco Gold Coast is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, conferencing and events teams on a rotating roster across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

You will mentor staff, manage guest satisfaction, maintain service standards, and ensure food safety, with opportunities for career development within IHG Hotels & Resorts. This full time role requires flexible availability, weekends, and public holidays.
