The role delivers a compliant onboarding experience for current Youth Workers and provides recruitment screening and journey coordination from offer to induction.

The position covers the North Coast region, with travel to Gympie or Maroochydore, and requires strong stakeholder collaboration to meet child safety and employment requirements.
