Ahara Group’s My Dish production kitchen in Castle Hill is seeking an experienced Lead Cook to own bulk production and supervise a small team. You will manage start-to-finish meal preparation with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
You’ll start early, batch-cook on large commercial equipment, control food cost and forecasting, train cooks, and ensure batch sheets are followed while keeping stations clean, safe and quick.
