About the role

As Stock Controller, you will sit at the centre of vehicle operations, making sure every car is accurately recorded, compliantly registered, and ready for the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing the full vehicle stock lifecycle from arrival through to delivery, giving you end-to-end visibility of the dealership's inventory
- Maintaining accurate records across stock systems so the sales and finance teams always have reliable information to work with
- Coordinating vehicle registrations, transfers, and compliance requirements, building a solid working knowledge of automotive legislation
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve stock queries efficiently
- Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations, sharpening your attention to detail with every audit
- Identifying and escalating discrepancies, contributing directly to the integrity of dealership operations

About You

You are a detail-oriented organiser who takes real satisfaction in accurate records and smooth processes, and you are ready to bring those strengths to one of the Macarthur region's most respected dealership groups.

- Experience in a stock control, administration, or automotive dealership role will set you up well for the responsibilities here
- Confidence working with dealer management systems or similar inventory platforms means you can contribute from day one
- Your communication skills allow you to coordinate across teams clearly and professionally




- A methodical approach to data entry and record-keeping ensures nothing slips through the cracks
- Familiarity with vehicle registration or compliance processes is an advantage in this environment
