We have an prospect at our Huntingwood office for a forward-thinking and proactive Customer service Officer providing sales Support to join our Fantech Trade Team. With a focus on supporting our existing wholesaler network and customer base, the successful candidate will join a highly motivated sales team, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Fantech Trade market segment.
Job Description
The Role
- Handling inbound telephone sales and enquiries
- Providing an exceptional customer experience for both external and internal customers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Processing customer purchase orders
- Providing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all Fantech Trade projects are proactively followed up
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are you?
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
- Proven sales skills and the ability to negotiate orders and problem-solve
- Demonstrated previous experience with Electrical Wholesalers and or Electrical Contractors preferred but not essential
- Superior interpersonal skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
